\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Policiais Civis de Vian\u00f3polis, sob o comando do Delegado Kennet Carvalho, cumpriram mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor de um investigado de 38 anos de idade, pela pr\u00e1tica, em tese, do crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, tendo como v\u00edtima sua filha, atualmente adolescente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o Delegado Kennet Carvalho, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram instauradas ap\u00f3s comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Vian\u00f3polis de que a v\u00edtima estaria sendo abusada sexualmente pelo pai desde aproximadamente os 7 anos de idade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, foram realizadas dilig\u00eancias investigativas preliminares, as quais apontaram fortes ind\u00edcios de veracidade das alega\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante da gravidade concreta dos fatos e do risco de novos abusos, o Delegado de Vian\u00f3polis representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do pai, medida que foi deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta sexta-feira, 06\/03, policiais civis localizaram o investigado nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho Tutelar de Vian\u00f3polis, ocasi\u00e3o em que foi dado cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o pai foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia, onde foi formalmente interrogado, tendo negado os abusos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, foi encaminhado para a Unidade Prisional de Silv\u00e2nia, onde se encontra \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder&nbsp;Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O nome do acusado n\u00e3o foi divulgado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, uma vez que a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira n\u00e3o permite esse tipo de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o pois o caso envolve uma adolescente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"850\" style=\"aspect-ratio:
