Policiais Civis comandados pelo Delegado Kennet Carvalho, prenderam na data de hoje, 22\/04, em Vian\u00f3polis, um homem de 40 anos condenado por roubo com uso de viol\u00eancia e participa\u00e7\u00e3o de outras pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a pol\u00edcia, ele descumpriu condi\u00e7\u00f5es impostas pela Justi\u00e7a durante o cumprimento da pena, o que levou \u00e0 expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandado de pris\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conforme apurado, o condenado, que possui v\u00e1rios registros por crimes patrimoniais, em conjunto com outros indiv\u00edduos, mediante viol\u00eancia e emprego de arma branca, subtraiu aparelho celular da v\u00edtima, circunst\u00e2ncia que caracteriza a majorante prevista no artigo 157 do C\u00f3digo Penal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O homem foi localizado ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, n\u00e3o resistiu \u00e0 pris\u00e3o e foi encaminhado para a Unidade Prisional de Silv\u00e2nia, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
