O Tribunal de Contas dos Munic\u00edpios do Estado de Goi\u00e1s (TCM\/GO) aprovou, na \u00faltima quarta-feira, 30\/09, as contas referentes ao exerc\u00edcio de 2023 do Ex-Prefeito de Vian\u00f3polis, Samuel Cotrim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise do recurso apresentado pelo Advogado Rubens Fernando Mendes de Campos, por meio do Ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o n\u00ba 06956\/2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Segundo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Advogado, Samuel Cotrim comprovou o pagamento de R$ 2.101.787,11(Dois Milh\u00f5es, Cento e Um Mil, Setecentos e Oitenta e Sete Reais e Onze Centavos), referente a d\u00edvidas provenientes de administra\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, tendo parcelado o restante do d\u00e9bito e mantido os pagamentos em dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


O TCM tamb\u00e9m considerou que o valor parcelado pelo ex-prefeito correspondia a aproximadamente 2,61% da Receita Corrente L\u00edquida do munic\u00edpio, entendimento que levou \u00e0 ressalva, mas n\u00e3o impediu a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das contas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


O voto do relator, conselheiro Humberto Aidar, foi acompanhado pelos demais conselheiros, resultando na aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das contas por unanimidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com a decis\u00e3o, segundo informou o Advogado Rubens Fernando Mendes de Campos, Samuel Cotrim mant\u00e9m regularidade perante o TCM, inclusive para eventual postula\u00e7\u00e3o a cargo eletivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
