A ju\u00edza Eleitoral da 31\u00aa Zona Eleitoral de Silv\u00e2nia, Nath\u00e1lia Bueno Arantes da Costa, em portaria 05\/2018, determinou as restri\u00e7\u00f5es quanto ao uso e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas alco\u00f3licas no dia 27 de outubro, assim como no dia 28, quando acontece o segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano.<\/p>\n
Na portaria, endere\u00e7ada a propriet\u00e1rios, gerentes, administradores de bares, lanchonetes, restaurantes, hot\u00e9is e estabelecimentos similares, fica proibida a venda de bebidas com qualquer teor alco\u00f3lico no per\u00edodo de\u00a018h do dia 27 at\u00e9 \u00e0s 18h do dia 28 de outubro, dia da vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n Os estabelecimentos comerciais poder\u00e3o abrir normalmente, sendo apenas proibida a venda de bebidas alco\u00f3licas no per\u00edodo citado.<\/p>\n A ju\u00edza fixou multa de R$ 1.000,00 pelo descumprimento da portaria.<\/p>\n Na portaria, a magistrada lembra que a embriaguez p\u00fablica constitui contraven\u00e7\u00e3o penal. Caso sejam encontradas pessoas embriagadas, causando tumulto e desordem, notadamente no dia da elei\u00e7\u00e3o, estas pessoas ser\u00e3o detidas e poder\u00e3o responder no ju\u00edzo
