Um acad\u00eamico de Direito, residente em Vian\u00f3polis, foi detido na noite de segunda-feira, 18, ao tentar evitar que policiais militares abordassem dois amigos nas proximidades do Terreno dos Americanos.<\/p>\n
Quando os Soldados Sanches e Dias realizavam a abordagem de rotina em dois rapazes em uma motocicleta, o acad\u00eamico interferiu dizendo que n\u00e3o era necess\u00e1rio realizar a abordagem, pois os elementos eram seus conhecidos.<\/p>\n
Ap\u00f3s ponderarem com o acad\u00eamico que se tratava de uma abordagem de rotina e diante da insist\u00eancia do mesmo em obstruir o trabalho da PM, os policiais militares detiveram o acad\u00eamico, que foi levado para a 3\u00aa Companhia da Pol\u00edcia Militar de Vian\u00f3polis, onde foi lavrado um TCO (Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia). Em seguida, ele foi encaminhado pelos militares ao Hospital e Maternidade S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exame de corpo de delito e liberado posteriormente.<\/p>\n
O acad\u00eamico em Direito foi notificado a comparecer a uma audi\u00eancia no F\u00f3rum de Vian\u00f3polis no dia 26 de junho pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n
