Ap\u00f3s receber informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que um fugitivo da Penitenci\u00e1ria Odenir Guimar\u00e3es, de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, antigo Cepaigo, estaria residindo em nossa cidade, policiais civis comandados pelo Delegado Marcus Vinicius da Costa J\u00fanior iniciaram investiga\u00e7\u00f5es no sentido de efetuar a pris\u00e3o do homem e dar sequ\u00eancia ao trabalho de repress\u00e3o a crimes contra a vida.<\/p>\n
As informa\u00e7\u00f5es chegadas a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Vian\u00f3polis davam conta que o fugitivo de 37 anos de idade, cujo nome n\u00e3o foi divulgado pelas autoridades policiais, possu\u00eda antecedentes por furtos e recepta\u00e7\u00e3o em Goi\u00e2nia e Vian\u00f3polis, bem como falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, roubo e um homic\u00eddio praticado em Catal\u00e3o em 2016 (quando foi preso, por\u00e9m ganhou o direito de responder o processo em liberdade), foi condenado a pena de mais de 7 anos de pris\u00e3o em regime inicial semiaberto, pela pr\u00e1tica de crime de homic\u00eddio, ocorrido em 2004 em Goi\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n
A partir destas e de outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es, os policiais civis realizaram dilig\u00eancias no Bairro S\u00e3o Vicente e encontraram o fugitivo.<\/p>\n
Ap\u00f3s localiz\u00e1-lo, os policiais deram voz de pris\u00e3o ao homem, que n\u00e3o resistiu, e foi levado para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Vian\u00f3polis.<\/p>\n
Dessa forma, com as cautelas legais, o fugitivo foi recapturado e encaminhado a Unidade Prisional de Vian\u00f3polis, estando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
