o Promotor de Justi\u00e7a de Vian\u00f3polis, Lucas C\u00e9sar Costa Ferreira, requisitou ao Delegado de Pol\u00edcia, Marcus Vinicius da Costa J\u00fanior, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares voltadas a descobrir a autoria de todos que desrespeitaram as medidas sanit\u00e1rias determinadas pelo Poder P\u00fablico Municipal por interm\u00e9dio do Decreto 061\/2020 e subsequentes, com o consequente interrogat\u00f3rio na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia e lavratura de termo circunstanciado ao seu desfavor, de acordo com o artigo 268 do C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n<p>E o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico n\u00e3o recebeu somente a den\u00fancia de aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o na Serra do Bugre.<\/p>\n<p>Um v\u00eddeo feito em um c\u00f3rrego na regi\u00e3o da Serra do Bugre, munic\u00edpio de Vian\u00f3polis, que mostra dezenas de pessoas aglomeradas, viralizou nas redes sociais, tendo sido motivo de den\u00fancia feita ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Vian\u00f3polis e a Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/p>\n<p>A den\u00fancia foi encaminhada ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e Pol\u00edcia Militar no dia 8 \u00faltimo.<\/p>\n<p>E outras den\u00fancias de aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es em Vian\u00f3polis chegaram ao conhecimento do Promotor e, por isso, Lucas C\u00e9sar Costa Ferreira requisitou investiga\u00e7\u00f5es por parte da Pol\u00edcia
