A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Vian\u00f3polis, atrav\u00e9s de equipe de policiais coordenada pelo Delegado Marcus Vinicius da Costa J\u00fanior, ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, efetivou cumprimento do mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em face de um investigado de 19 anos de idade, suspeito da pr\u00e1tica de tr\u00e1fico de drogas.<\/p>\n
Segundo o Delegado Marcus Vinicius da Costa J\u00fanior, o investigado, que possui antecedentes por tr\u00e1fico de drogas na Comarca de Silv\u00e2nia, estava comercializando drogas em Vian\u00f3polis, fato esse devidamente registrado na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme apreens\u00e3o de drogas realizadas anteriormente, tendo o mesmo sido indiciado no crime do artigo 33 da Lei de n\u00ba 11.343\/06, e representado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela sua pris\u00e3o cautelar, o que foi autorizado.<\/p>\n
Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, foi o mesmo localizado nesta quarta-feira, 22, em Orizona, onde foi cumprido o mandado de pris\u00e3o, sendo que, ap\u00f3s as formalidades legais, o indiciado foi encaminhado para a Unidade Prisional de Vian\u00f3polis, estando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
