Caso Samuel n\u00e3o acatasse a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o, o Promotor iria ajuizar A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica por Improbidade Administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafael Natalino Jos\u00e9 Cotrim foi nomeado para o cargo no dia 1\u00ba de julho, tendo, portanto, trabalhado apenas um m\u00eas como Diretor de Pra\u00e7as, Parques e Jardins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O decreto 154\/2022, que exonerou Rafael do
