O Prefeito Samuel Cotrim enviou \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal projeto de lei que prorroga o desconto de juros e multas sobre o IPTU (Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano), ITU (Imposto Territorial Urbano) e ISSQN (Imposto Sobre Servi\u00e7os de Qualquer Natureza), em atraso referente ao per\u00edodo de 2018 a 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O mesmo projeto prorroga o prazo que reduz de 3% para 1,5% o ITBI (Imposto sobre Transmiss\u00e3o de Bens Im\u00f3veis).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 27 de junho, foi sancionada e entrou em vigor lei que prorrogou os tributos citados at\u00e9 a data de ontem, 31\/08, assim como reduziu o ITBI pela metade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agora, caso o projeto enviado pelo Prefeito Samuel Cotrim seja aprovado pela C\u00e2mara Municipal, o munic\u00edpio prorrogar\u00e1 o prazo at\u00e9 o dia 31 de outubro<\/strong>, segundo apurou nossa reportagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No caso do IPTU e ISSQN, o desconto de juros e multas vai de 50% a 90%, dependendo da forma de pagamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O pagamento pode ser feito em at\u00e9 5 vezes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto de lei enviado pelo Prefeito Samuel Cotrim \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a ser analisado na pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira, 06\/09, pelos vereadores vianopolinos.<\/p>\n\n\n
