nossa reportagem na noite de hoje, 28\/12, quanto ao veto enviado pelo Prefeito Samuel Cotrim a algumas emendas apresentadas pelo Vereador Cleydson Mascarenhas, no Projeto de Lei do Executivo, propondo mudan\u00e7as no C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio, o renomado advogado Rubens Fernando Mendes de Campos, disse \u00e0 nossa reportagem que a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de inconstitucionalidade para apresentar o veto est\u00e1 de acordo com o artigo 61 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, que prev\u00ea que as leis que disponham sobre mat\u00e9ria tribut\u00e1ria e or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria s\u00e3o de iniciativa privativa do Chefe do Poder Executivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando da tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto de Lei, o certo seria o Vereador enviar of\u00edcio ao Prefeito Samuel Cotrim com sua proposta e, se houvesse concord\u00e2ncia, o Chefe do executivo iria inserir as emendas em uma nova apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
