Um processo judicial iniciado em 2008 beneficia a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Vian\u00f3polis, 15 anos depois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 5 de mar\u00e7o de 2008, o ent\u00e3o Promotor de Justi\u00e7a, Maur\u00edcio Alexandre Gebrim, protocolou uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de improbidade administrativa que foi julgada procedente pelo ent\u00e3o Juiz da Comarca de Vian\u00f3polis, Chrispim Silva Ara\u00fajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posteriormente, o condenado recorreu junto ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, tendo o processo tramitado por diversos anos com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos promotores, dentre eles, Lucas C\u00e9sar Costa Ferreira, assim como da Ju\u00edza Marli de F\u00e1tima Naves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s o acordo, a Ju\u00edza Marli de F\u00e1tima Naves fez a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o e, a pedido do Promotor Lucas C\u00e9sar, repassou cerca de 200 mil reais para a Prefeitura Municipal, a fim de que os recursos fossem investidos na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s receber os recursos, a Prefeitura Municipal adquiriu um moderno aparelho de ultrassom e o instalou no Ambulat\u00f3rio 12h.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoje, 18\/03, o aparelho foi entregue \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o em solenidade que contou com a presen\u00e7a de diversas autoridades, dentre elas, o Promotor Lucas C\u00e9sar Costa Ferreira e o Prefeito Samuel Cotrim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A solenidade aconteceu na Unidade de Sa\u00fade do centro de Vian\u00f3polis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m dos cerca de 200 mil, a municipalidade usou recursos de outras fontes para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do aparelho e contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um m\u00e9dico para realizar o atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
