Ele disse que o loteamento \u00e9 particular, mas que cabe ao poder p\u00fablico municipal estar cobrando a infraestrutura b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuel disse que o asfalto foi implantado, assim como o sistema de \u00e1gua. No entanto, falta o sistema de energia el\u00e9trica que foi feito pelo loteador e que a Equatorial o receber\u00e1 e providenciar\u00e1 a liga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuel Cotrim disse que ontem, 22\/05, entrou em contato com a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Equatorial e solicitou que a energia seja ligada o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel. Ele disse tamb\u00e9m que na data de hoje, 23\/05, voltar\u00e1 a entrar em contato com a Equatorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Prefeito de Vian\u00f3polis concorda que os compradores t\u00eam toda a raz\u00e3o de cobrar, uma vez que compraram os lotes na inten\u00e7\u00e3o de construir suas resid\u00eancias e isso n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo poss\u00edvel. Inclusive, citou que eles est\u00e3o pagando IPTU, mas n\u00e3o podem construir suas casas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuel Cotrim disse que est\u00e1 tomando todas as provid\u00eancias com cobran\u00e7as para os loteadores e a Equatorial, a fim de que o sistema de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o seja implantado no Residencial Reserva dos Ip\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<figure
