consultar o Promotor de Justi\u00e7a de Vian\u00f3polis, Leonardo Maciel Moreira, o Presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente, Walter Neto, determinou a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o do edital das elei\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho Tutelar, que ser\u00e3o realizadas no in\u00edcio de outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No edital antigo constava que o eleitor poderia votar em at\u00e9 3 candidatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Promotor recomendou que o edital fosse retificado para se adequar a uma norma do CONANDA (Conselho Nacional dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente), que definiu que a vota\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 em um s\u00f3 candidato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim sendo, no edital que foi retificado, consta que o eleitor de Vian\u00f3polis s\u00f3 pode votar em um candidato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessa maneira, no pleito de outubro pr\u00f3ximo, o eleitor de Vian\u00f3polis votar\u00e1 em um s\u00f3 candidato, ao contr\u00e1rio do que aconteceu na \u00faltima
