No entanto, um dos membros da licita\u00e7\u00e3o que conduzia a sess\u00e3o, n\u00e3o considerou o questionamento e afirmou que a empresa de Silv\u00e2nia participaria do processo licitat\u00f3rio normalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a abertura das propostas, a empresa de Silv\u00e2nia <strong>foi a vencedora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante do ocorrido, as tr\u00eas empresas se dirigiram \u00e0 Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a na data de ontem, 04\/12, e protocolaram uma den\u00fancia, solicitando que o Promotor de Justi\u00e7a realize investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As empresas denunciantes tamb\u00e9m questionaram o valor de 338 mil reais, considerado inexequ\u00edvel. Ou seja, um valor muito abaixo da estimativa e que, dificilmente, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel de ser cumprida exatamente com todos os servi\u00e7os que est\u00e3o no edital do certame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das empresas perdedoras tamb\u00e9m apresentou na data de hoje, 05\/12, den\u00fancia no <strong>Tribunal de Contas dos Munic\u00edpios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nossa reportagem abre
